By using NoKYCNumber you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use the service.
1. What we offer
NoKYCNumber rents virtual phone numbers in 47 countries. Each number is a real local line provisioned through a partner carrier; you use it through our web panel for inbound and outbound calls, SMS, voicemail with transcription, and optional AI features. Payment is in cryptocurrency only and we don't ask for identity verification.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, wherever you are. The service is offered globally; some countries restrict virtual or VoIP numbers, and we don't pretend to know which ones apply to you.
3. How "accounts" work — and don't
We don't run accounts in the traditional sense. When you buy a number, we generate an order ID. That ID is the only credential needed to access the panel for that line; treat it like a private key. Anyone holding it can manage and cancel the line. We can't recover lost order IDs because we don't have an email or password to reset against.
4. Acceptable use
Our Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms. Read it. Violating it terminates your service immediately and forfeits any unused balance.
5. Payment
Prices are denominated in USD and quoted before payment. We accept payment exclusively in cryptocurrency through our processor (FixedFloat), which routes any major coin to the network we settle on. Crypto transactions are final by design — blockchains can't unwind themselves, so we don't issue chargebacks. See our Refund Policy for the refund window and exceptions. A one-time setup fee of $10 applies to each new number; subscriptions auto-renew at the chosen period and can be cancelled from the panel at any time.
6. Service availability
We work with multiple carriers and infrastructure providers. We don't guarantee that any specific third-party service will accept our numbers for SMS verification or onboarding. Anti-VoIP filters at banks, government services, ride-sharing apps, messaging platforms, and similar services can and do block legitimate numbers from any VoIP provider, including ours. If you're not sure a service will accept our number, buy a single short period first and test.
7. Termination
You can stop renewing at any time from the panel. We may suspend or terminate a number if you breach the AUP, if our carrier requires it, if we receive credible reports of abuse, or if a payment chargeback or fraud is detected upstream. Termination ends your right to use the number; we don't owe you a port-out for a virtual line.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't promise that calls, SMS, or AI features will always be available. Outages, carrier issues, regulatory changes, and law-enforcement-mandated suspensions can happen and have happened across the industry.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) one hundred United States dollars.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator is registered. Disputes go through binding arbitration administered by a recognised provider where applicable. You waive any right to participate in a class action against us.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top tells you when. Material changes are announced on the homepage for 30 days. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
12. Contact
For questions about these terms, reach out through the contact channel listed in the panel after you've placed an order.
