We want you to have working numbers. When that's not the case — for any reason — here's how refunds work.
7-day window for unused service
You can request a full refund within 7 days of activation if the line hasn't been used. "Used" means you sent at least one outbound call or SMS, or the line received and acknowledged an inbound verification SMS. If the line has been provisioned but you haven't actually used it, you're entitled to a refund minus the one-time setup fee.
Setup fee
The $10 setup fee is non-refundable once the line is provisioned. This covers the carrier-side allocation of the number, which is irreversible from our side.
Pro-rated refunds beyond 7 days
After the 7-day window, partial refunds are possible only when we caused the issue:
- The number became unavailable from our carrier (carrier-side withdrawal, regulatory change)
- An outage on our infrastructure exceeded 24 continuous hours
- We can't restore the service after a reasonable troubleshooting window
- A core advertised feature stopped working and we couldn't fix it within 7 days
In these cases we refund the unused portion of the period you paid for, calculated daily.
What's not refundable
- The one-time $10 setup fee, once the line is provisioned
- Periods where the line was actively used to send calls or SMS
- Cancellations after the line was used for SMS verification (the verification consumed the line's primary usefulness)
- AI add-ons that were active during the period
- Lines terminated for AUP violations
How refunds work
We refund in the same cryptocurrency you paid in, to a wallet address you provide. Because crypto rates fluctuate, we refund the USD-equivalent at the time of refund, not at the time of original payment. If the rate has moved against you between purchase and refund, that's the math; we don't speculate on rates either way.
Monero refunds are sent from our Monero wallet directly. Other coins are sent through our payment processor for the swap; this can take an additional 24-48 hours over a direct Monero refund.
How to request a refund
From your panel, click the "Cancel and refund" button on the order. The panel prompts you for a refund destination (a wallet address). If the refund is automatic (within the 7-day window, unused line), it processes within 5 business days. If it requires manual review (post-window or partial), expect 7-10 business days.
If you can't access the panel — for example, you lost the order ID — contact us and provide the on-chain transaction ID of the original payment. We can match it back to the order and process the refund manually.
Disputed refunds
Crypto payments are final by design — there is no chargeback path through the blockchain. If you disagree with a refund decision, reply to the refund email or contact us through the panel; we'll review the order log and explain. If we made a mistake, we make it right.
