About Greece numbers
Greece uses country code +30 and a ten-digit numbering plan. Mobile numbers begin with +30 69 and are ten digits in full national format (69X XXX XXXX). Athens landlines start with +30 21, Thessaloniki with +30 23, and the broader format uses a two-digit area code followed by an eight-digit subscriber number for major cities. The telecom regulator is EETT (Εθνική Επιτροπή Τηλεπικοινωνιών και Ταχυδρομείων — National Telecommunications and Post Commission), which governs spectrum, number allocation, and operator licensing.
